Dallas World Aquarium

A while back we went to the Dallas World Aquarium with some college friends! The kids loved seeing all of the animals. We had a great time meeting each others kids and catching up! Here are a few pictures from the day!(Lucie, Eloise and Cambria) Lunch at Maggiano's before the aquarium
This photo was taken in the "shark tunnel" Lucie liked it because she could watch the fish from her stroller seat!

Snuggles gets a bath

Eloise has a favorite stuffed dog, Snuggles, that she takes EVERYWHERE! He finally got to the point where he needed a good washing. She seemed traumatized when I tried to put him in the washing machine, so i helped her give him a real bath in the tub (just like her!) She had a fun time doing it.

It would be devastation if Snuggles ever got lost.

I think we might go buy a few spare "Snuggles'" in case he ever gets misplaced!

Easter Weekend in Houston

It has been TOO long since I last posted anything, so I am playing “catch up.”

This weekend we went to visit my family for Easter. It was so fun getting to see my parents, who always make each holiday so special! Our family is growing by leaps and bounds each year. There are 5 “grand babies” and another on the way (Congrats Aaron and Lara Marie!) With all of the kids, things are always exciting.

We dyed Easter eggs with the kids on Saturday. On Saturday night my parents watched the kids while the parents went out to play. Sunday morning we went to church and then came home for lunch. After lunch all of the cousins got together for an Easter egg hunt. We made a simple, yet delicious meal to have for dinner! Thanks to Patrick’s “day off” we didn’t have to come home until Monday. All together, I couldn't have asked for a better weekend!

A Shoe Fetish

Uh oh! Recently I was reorganizing Eloise's closet and realized just how many pairs of shoes the child has!! I am worried about what I have started! Take a look....

YEP.... that's 14! And this doesn't include the ones she's outgrown... these are all shoes that currently fit! Mommy is jealous of this collection!

THESE are my FAVORITE!!! They are encrusted in sequins and Jewels... How girly! Thank you Coco, for these beauties!
