We woke up this morning ready to dye our Easter eggs in preparation for tomorrow! It is such a fun tradition that the girls truly enjoy. Last year we did it with all of the cousins in Houston, but this year we are celebrating Jesus' Resurrection right here in McKinney at our house and in our own church!

Lucie enjoyed watching and playing with a plastic egg, because lets face it, giving a 1-year-old an egg isn't a great idea! (Maybe next year...)
Our finished product. (Tomorrow's deviled eggs...mmmm.)

After egg dying we had to run a few errands. Along the way we swung by Macy's and they were doing photos with a real Easter bunny! This was an unplanned photo shoot, which is why the girls are not coordinated or matching (you know me...)

Lucie, being my fearless child, loved the bunny! She wasn't being very gentle... so, I am not sure the bunny felt the same way.
Eloise, on the other hand, only liked the bunny if it was in it's cage. Therefore, no bunny in her photo (unless you include the giant stuffed one next to Lucie.)

Happy Easter Everyone!
