Lucie rolled over today!! She did it once before when she was 6 weeks old, but I think it was an accident because she hadn't done it again until today! YEAH LUCIE! She's done it about 10 times now. Enjoy the clip... sorry about the excited mommy "voice over!"

A Birthday and 3 Baptisms!
We had a perfect weekend! Eloise Celebrated her 2nd birthday on Saturday with a Pajama Party and "Breakfast for Two!" All the kids wore their jammies (and some adults too!) We had fun enjoying the backyard, drawing with chalk, throwing balls around, eating some breakfast, and opening presents. The kids had a blast, and so did the parents! I couldn't have asked for a better day to celebrate my sweet Eloise!

Another big part of our weekend was having a baptism... three to be precise! We officially joined Stonebridge United Methodist Church on Sunday. Patrick, Eloise and Lucie were all baptised! We have really enjoyed visiting the church and are excited to be new members! Afterwards we celebrated with a fabulous brunch at Mama Emilias on the square in McKinney. The food was absolutely DELISH! I would highly recommend Sunday brunch!

We Are Home!
After 4 1/2 days at Children's Medical Center at Legacy, we are home! As you know from my previous post Lucie was hospitalized for RSV. We were waiting for her to breath without oxygen. Lucie went off oxygen at 1 am this morning and was able to breath and keep her stats up on her own all day! The doctor said her chest congestion was MUCH better, so Wallah! We were discharged this afternoon. We couldn't be happier to all be under the same roof again. Lucie is looking and feeling better. Thanks for all of your prayers... the power of prayer is amazing!

RSV
Lucie hasn't been feeling well this week. She has had one NASTY cough and a whole lot of nasal congestion. After talking to the doctors office numerous times, and trying lots of things, we ended up in the ER on Saturday (which also happened to be my 28th birthday. Not such a happy one this year.) After going to the ER they did RSV tests, chest xrays and hooked her up to the monitors. He oxygen level was low so they put her on oxygen. Her RSV test came back positive. (UGH!) So, here we are. Yesterday Lucie was admitted to the Children's Medical Center in Plano. This is the moment I broke down. Thankfully, as a nursing mommy, I am getting to stay here with her!
She is looking better today, and we are thankful to be at this hospital. ( I have been SO impressed with this facility and staff. I will never go to another ER for kid stuff!) They are closely monitoring my punkin' and trying to take her off of the oxygen. Once she has been off of the oxygen for 24 hours we might get to go home! As of now, Lucie Rose is still on the oxygen. So, we won't be going home today... or maybe even tomorrow.
Pray, Pray, Pray for Lucie's health to improve so we can go home!

Sip and See for Lucie
Last weekend some of my VERY best girlfriends and I got together to celebrate Lucie! It was a LOVELY party! The decorations were beautiful, the food was delicious, but the company was the best part. It is so nice to have all of your favorite people in one room! The purpose of the party was to welcome Lucie and introduce her to all of my friends. Thank you Danielle, Holly and Katie for putting it together! You guys are the best!
