We just got back from San Antonio! We had a great visit with Patrick’s family; it has been too long! Everyone arrived at Nanna and Pappy’s house on Friday night- Us, Johnathan (Patrick’s Bother) and Gammy (Patrick’s Grandmother.) Saturday morning we took the girls to Sea World. Although we arrived at 10 am (Sea World should really open earlier...), it was already sweltering! We braved the heat and had a great time. Eloise really liked watching “the big fish go up, down!” (Shamu Jumping!) We stayed and watched two shows and went into the shark aquarium. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins. By the time 2 o’clock came it was too hot to handle so we headed home for naptime! That evening we had fun hanging out by the pool and cooking steaks on the grill. On Sunday we went shopping at La Cantera (The best mall in San Antonio!) Nanna and Pappy hosted the HOA summer party in their backyard that evening. It was fun introducing the girls to their friends! On Monday Daddy and Pappy went to the office and the girls went into Boerne. We did some more shopping and then made yummy cookies that afternoon. We are so thankful to have such great family! Thank you so much for a fun weekend, Nanna and Pappy. We can’t wait to come back… maybe when it’s a little bit cooler outside!
